The SeaGals Crew
Who We Are

CPT Tina Perry
Founder & CEO

Sea Miles: 30,600nm
Better known as Captain Ron-da... With over 13 years of serious sailing under her belt, Captain Tina Perry is the definition of no-bullshit competence and experience. From a 3,125nm transatlantic crossing from Grand Canaria to St. Martin to a deep dive into seamanship through SEA Semester in Hawaii
aboard the class S-260
Aloha‘Ä€ina, CPT Tina has built a
formidable career. She has
successfully delivered over 40
sailboats and raced extensively,
completing the Port Huron to
Mackinac Race five times, a
Trans Superior, Mills Race, Queen’s Cup
(with podium finishes), and the Helly Hansen
series. Whether helming, navigating, or handling
technical work, Tina is a true jill-of-all-trades who
leads with clarity, precision, and an unshakable
focus on getting the job done right.

Tallulah Bobby
First Mate

With a decade of maritime discipline from the
USNSCC under her belt, First Mate Tallulah’s real introduction
into sea life came aboard a Beneteau 331 with Captain Tina:
where Lake Michigan wasted no time testing her mettle.
Within her first 15 hours, she faced 30-knot winds, a shredded
mainsail, an overheated engine, a shorted masthead light,
and delivered her first “Pan-pan” call... and came back to the dock grinning. Since then, she’s racked up over 1,500 nautical miles from Cleveland to Holland and has logged the most miles of any Sea Gals
First Mate. On top of being a dependable, passionate sailor, she also serves as the head media and tech manager for all things Sea Gals—keeping our stories told, our routes mapped, and our comms running. She brings a nautical passion to this sailing crew that we couldn't function without.

Eva
Junior Crew

At just shy of 9, Eva is already making waves as the Sea Gals’ Wind Whisperer. She's Sea Gals’ youngest and most enchanting crew member. Her mom is a natural-born helmswoman,
steady and fearless behind the wheel, and her dad
is a seasoned J/35 bowman, nimble and daring
on the foredeck. With a boat deck beneath
her feet since she could walk, She’s a legacy
in the making. We’re delivering the next generation
of sailors, one magical kid at a time.
